Do you truck to the whole of Singapore?
To serve our customer better, we truck to all island wide.
Do you truck to Jurong island or Sentosa?
Yes, we truck to all places accessible in Singapore, including Jurong Island and Sentosa.
Does Union Transport deliver to construction site?
Yes, we offer comprehensive trucking solutions, including deliveries to construction sites. To ensure smooth operations, we usually conduct site surveys and brief our drivers before doing such deliveries. This gives our customers confidence that we are able to deliver their cargo safely and without unnecessary delays.
Does Union Transport deliver to residential sites in Singapore?
Yes, we do home delivery to residential sites. However, this is subjected to road controls by the Land Transport Authority of Singapore. For residential sites which do not allow heavy vehicles to enter, we provide unstuffing services at Union-Crown Districentre before delivering to the site by a 24 ton lorry.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are from 08:30 to 17:30. After office hours, our operations controllers are readily via their mobile phone.
Does Union Transport operate on Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holidays?
To provide our customers with excellent service, Union Transport takes care of your cargo every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Are your drivers trained to transport Dangerous Goods (DG)?
Yes, all our drivers attend the Hazmat Transport Driver (HTDP) course and are certified by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) to be qualified to handle and transport Dangerous Goods (DG) on the roads. They possess the necessary know-how to respond in any emergency.
Do you manage Project Logistics?
Our years of experience gives us an edge in handling project cargo. We conduct site surveys and prepare our drivers to deliver the goods ensuring cargo and public safety. For more complex deliveries, our project cargo team will be at the scene to ensure safe and smooth operations at the site.
